I'm sorry if this is a bit mean but you really need to work on this. Nice background coloring but the foreground people are really messed up. Even in anime, eyes don't look that big and they have pupils and shiny spots and the line art shows through which really throws me off. Also, the anatomy is a bit off. I'm not an anatomy expert or anything and I know that you'll probably just say that this is anime. I think you would really benefit by looking at this tutorial: [link] But offhand, a few things that are a bit off are the proportions between upper thigh and lower thigh and upper arm to lower arm, since it seems that the upper parts are larger than the lower. And also, the girl's lower legs, or thighs, I can't tell, aren't directly under the torso. Trying using a ruler and you'll see that they don't match up.

Keep at it, and I'm sorry if I come off as a bit harsh.
